Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative travel professional to join our luxury planning team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be supporting our planning team to execute high-end luxury itineraries throughout Scotland, England and Ireland.

The ideal applicant would be someone who can keep pace and offer fresh ideas in an evolving and fast-growing business, and who thrives in an “all hands-on deck” environment. This is an exciting job opportunity for anyone looking to develop a career in luxury travel and who wishes to be part of an energetic and dynamic team within a growing and celebrated DMC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act in a support capacity for Sleigh’s Destination Experts for confirmed bookings
Contact Sleigh’s preferred suppliers to confirm and book services for clients
Deliver seamless personalised programmes for Sleigh’s clients, coordinating suppliers, partners, travel documentation and experiences etc.
Develop excellent product knowledge for Scotland, England and Ireland and Sleigh’s unique offering
Collaboratively work with all members of the Sleigh’s team to ensure seamless delivery of travel programmes

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage last-minute demands
Passion for travel and entertainment
Detail oriented
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Team player

Desirable Attributes:

Good relationship with UK hospitality suppliers
Knowledge of high-end hospitality and/or luxury travel
Good time management
“Can do” attitude
Positive demeanour
Have a passion and understanding of the Luxury Travel Industry within the UK & Ireland
Personal travel experience around the UK & Ireland
